One skirt 4 Styles. One skirt can be worn in multiple ways. Getting a lot of mileage out of one clothing item can make for a roomier closet and lessen the time it takes you to put together an outfit.
Let’s look at four ways to style my new favorite winter skirt!
So if you remember, back in December I made this post How to Dress Up or Down a Skirt. In this post, I mentioned a third skirt that had sadly gotten lost in the mail.
Good news, the lost has been found.
The skirt arrived at my address not a week after the others! I was so happy! I had ordered this skirt in a larger size a month prior.
I LOVED the colors, the style, and especially the material…you guys, I have never owned something so soft and warmand especially not a skirt!
However, the skirt was too big. I knew it the minute I unfolded it from the packaging.
But the exchange was worth the inconvenience because the new size was a perfect fit.

Things I LOVE about this skirt
-The pattern, it’s festive enough for holidays but is an easy look for the rest of the winter months.
-The colors, blue, black, and green mean you can match it up with a top in any one of these colors.
-It’s above my ankles for ease of movement
-It has pockets!
-It has a zipper on the side, but elastic across the back, flattering fit with some stretch!
-The material, is seriously SO SOFT and thick!
-It’s a very classic A-line style that is timeless as it is versatile, as you will see in the following photos…

Kicking it off with my go-to long sleeve t-shirts, this is the easiest option for styling without giving it much thought. I used my lace-up boots because I think they are causal and easy to walk in.
I’m happy to wear this at home for my regular chores (Minus shoes plus slippers!)
By far my favorite way to wear this skirt. I love finding new ways to wear my chambray top! Let’s run some errands!
Errands = go to Target and sniff candles
Black turtle neck and my”fancy” boots and I am ready for a church meeting!
Am I visibly cringing in this photo? LOL
This was my daughter’s idea. It has a strong 1900’s school teacher vibe. I am laughing as I write this.
I think it’s a cute combo. Falls more into the church category. Perhaps a simpler white collared shirt? Put that on the errand list….
I hope you get creative and wear your skirts in new ways! Once you start thinking outside of the box it is fun to see what you can come up with or how a different shoe or accessory switches things up!
